Electrolyzed water is generated by the electrolysis of a diluted NaCl solution interacting with an electrolytic cell. This process creates an anolyte solution predominantly of hypochlorous acid (HOCl). HOCl is a powerful oxidant. What is electrolyzed water in general?

How Does Hydrolyze Work?
